We conduct a comprehensive preliminary audit of the current state — including asset inventory, entity mapping, and access constraint analysis — to establish a detailed, budgeted, and sequenced transfer strategy and program.

Based on this, our team manages the entire operational chain: consultations, logistical and financial planning, organization of transfers and evacuations (brokering, donations, auctions…), and monitoring until the effective vacating of the buildings. 

The CACD team deploys its expertise on-site during the transfer execution phase. By managing both the preliminary phases (communication, labeling, inventorying) and the execution phases (project management, supervision of related trades, relocation management), we ensure end-to-end control of the transfer project, right up to user onboarding.
