The computer giant had plans to consolidate three sites into one. The overall mission represented 45,000 square meters for 1600 jobs. Suffice to say that there was no room for improvisation.

CACD had already made a first highly successful mission, overall coordination of the work. Schedule management, interface with the manufacturer of completion of work, and with all providers, management and planning of all services of general services, reporting, installation of real estate and corporate catering, the first part being perfectly smoothly, it is natural that the company would want to entrust to CACD the steering of the delicate transfer phase.
Nine months before the transfer, we had to prepare for the move, design the micro and macro planning, make budget simulations under different transfer scenarios, prompt users to identify sticking points, analyze volumes, inventories, constraints…

The organization of the site cleanup starting at the reception on the new site (here a descriptive plan drawn from the handbook), any transfer operation was perfectly controlled, ensuring clear communication with end users.

Administrative, computer and server room transfer

We were then able to conduct consultations to transfer: administrative transfer, computer transfer, server room transfer, emptying the start site, etc.

We wrote the administrative and technical specification, organized the support of the various potential providers, analyzed the bids and assisted the client in his final choice.

We led the various removal and re accommodation, made communication among users, executed the different graphic elements on the site, led the organization of the whole, and managed the preparatory clean out: collecting items, destruction and recycling of this which should be, evacuation equipment, all in perfect control of different levels of confidentiality.

The ensemble was made the greatest customer satisfaction in an environment of highly technical and demanding work, as we might expect. CACD has once again demonstrated its ability to manage complex projects, large-scale, assisting the client’s best interests, minimizing as much as possible the impact of the transfer on the normal course of its business.
